Return Policy

• Replacement and returning policy in Compume website: the client can return the product within 14 days from date of purchase, provided that the product to be in its original status with no scratches or breaks and having all its components and the outer package .Also the original invoice must be available.
• In case of the occurrence of a manufacturing fault, it is conditioned the acceptance of the agent for getting the complete replacement.
• It is never done returning products used for once, such as CDs, batteries and inks….etc.
